Samhentir has about 30 employees, most of whom have a long history at the firm which have merged to form today's company. The average age of our employees is 45, an indication of the substantial experience of our workforce. Various employees have an earlier and continuing acquaintance with the sectors that our major customers operate in, and many have been involved in the founding and management of manufacturing companies in both food processing and other industries. Further examples of worker experience include fishing, meat processing, bookkeeping, wholesale, finance, machinery, quality control and coaching football (soccer). As these diverse backgrounds make evident, the company has wide-ranging human resources to build on.
