Samhentir staff will do everything in their power to meet any planned delivery schedule. Samhentir shall not however be liable for any damage attributable to delays in delivery or faults in goods.Reception of goods
Customers are assumed to have received, inspected and approved of all goods as being in impeccable condition unless written notification has been received by Samhentir within 14 days of delivery.Returns
Any goods which are faulty at the time of delivery may be returned, provided that they have not been damaged or misused. Goods which have been delivered in accordance with a customer’s order may only be returned upon approval by Samhentir and shall incur a charge.
